Start with something you already do — a question you'd normally Google, a record you'd normally type up, or a calculation you'd do on paper. Voice notes work well for recording observations in the field: “Mob of 45 breeders moved to Flat Paddock today, condition score about 3.” The assistant remembers everything you tell it, so the earlier you start feeding it your farm's context, the more useful it becomes.
